2. Nature of Services
StarryDreamy operates a collection of machine-learning algorithms that process written prompts to generate creative text logs. Through our network, you are provided with:
- Interactive dialogue with custom AI guides (Weavers).
- Dream record analysis, symbol interpretation, and creative exercises.
- Surreal fantasy world roleplay templates.
- Cross-device synchronization of your character contexts and conversation history.
All dialogue files generated by the Weaver represent computational approximations. They are provided entirely for creative exploration, self-reflection, and entertainment, and do not constitute scientific fact, medical advice, or psychiatric diagnosis.
3. Billing and Platform Refund Policies
Running multi-turn cognitive models draws heavy real-time GPU data loads. Continued access to unlimited chats, custom traits, and special guides requires the expenditure of In-App Astral Coins or active VIP memberships.
- Merchant Routing: Financial transactions are processed exclusively via Apple App Store or Google Play store billing integrations.
- Immediate Workload Consumption: Because server resource calculations happen instantly when prompts are submitted, coins and subscriptions consumed are non-refundable through us.
- Dispute Procedures: Financial inquiries, transaction adjustments, or refund requests must be routed directly to Apple or Google systems under their platform billing guidelines.
4. Creative Contributions and Ownership
Your Concepts: You retain all ownership rights to the dream descriptions, story directives, and custom companion presets you input into the Service.
Operational License Grant: To host your customized profiles, evaluate your inputs to generate text, and back up history logs, you grant StarryDreamy a temporary, global, royalty-free license to parse, transmit, and cache your content strictly to deliver the service to you.
5. Prohibited Galactic Activities
To preserve the safety and harmony of our creative portals, you covenant that you will not input prompts or scripts that:
- Exploit, threaten, or compromise the safety of minors.
- Attempt to synthesize non-consensual depictions, deepfakes, or explicit assets targeting real individuals.
- Enforce automated script scrapers to harvest our databases, proprietary codebases, or underlying neural weights.
- Launch network denial-of-service (DDoS) efforts against our GPU node arrays.
We deploy rigorous filter arrays. Any violation of these codes of conduct will result in the immediate closure of guest credentials, premium VIP forfeitures, and account bans.
6. Exclusion of Warranties
AI generation involves random mathematical factors. Outcomes may occasionally be abstract, factually incorrect, or divergent from your input prompts. We provide no warranty of visual accuracy, narrative beauty, or suitability for commercial profit. The Service is provided entirely "as-available" at your sole risk.
7. Limits of Liability
To the maximum limit permitted by law, StarryDreamy developers, providers, and affiliates shall carry no liability for any special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This covers, without limit, computer latency costs, loss of creative concepts, intellectual property disputes arising from AI output synthesis, or personal distress associated with automated rendering results.
8. Governing Law
These Terms, and all disputes arising from your interaction with the creative system, shall be governed by the laws applicable in the territory where the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law regulations, unless local statutes dictate otherwise.
